We're looking for a Project Manager for our client.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of demonstrated project management, including defining customer needs and being a bridge between Customer & IT teams.
• Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Experience as owner with the ability to drive prioritization consensus across business units and serve as an effective liaison between customers and engineering.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, innovative, and rapidly evolving industry and business organization
• Ambitious self-starter with demonstrated ability and willingness to roll up sleeves and execute to get the job done
• Strong Project and Program Management skills. SQL Knowledge to understand data-related issues, and serve requested / related datasets to other teams

• Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, customers and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage on Rem People Products
• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for a business
• Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases
• Translate complex business requirements into functional designs or specification
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications
• Coordinate and manage comprehensive user acceptance testing including creation of test cases
• Work collaboratively with Engineering as an advocate for the needs of our customers
• Clearly communicate product benefits to our users and internal stakeholders
