We're looking for PM for Motor&Robot for our client which is in Industrial Automation sector.

• University degree in Electrical and/or Electronics, Control or Mechatronics Engineering (having a Master's Degree is preferred)
• Minimum 12-14 years experience in industrial automation market, OEM business and motion applications
• Having leadership qualities and experience in team management
• Technical knowledge of motion products with deep know-how
• Very good command of English both written and spoken
• Good communication skills, teamwork, highly self motivated, resolute and positive emotional skills
• Military service should be completed for male candidates
• No restriction for travelling abroad

• Determining mid-long term product and marketing strategy for Motion Products such as Servo Motor&Drives, Gearbox, CNC/Robotic/General Motion Controllers, Robots and Vision System
• Determining financial targets, budget, gross profit, stock management
• Implementation of all local strategies related to motion applications
• Bridge role between Local Technical Team and R&D HQ
• Supporting sales team about motion products offering based on strategic and analytical thinking
• Additional vertical sales & business development responsibilities in targeted markets which is compatible with responsible products
• Technical and commercial support to sales team and channel partners by working closely and transferring the experiences
• Pricing, product positioning, analysis of customer needs and reactions to products and services according to sales strategies
• Realization of new product launches and executing all marketing plans and activities such as customer events, factory visits, advertising and articles in magazines
