We're looking for Market Responsible/Manager for HVAC - Crane - Elevator Markets for our client which is in industrial automation sector.

• University degree in Electrical and/or Electronics, Control or Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in industrial automation market.
• Technical knowledge in AC Drive Products and additional knowledge in Control Products (PLC, HMI, etc.) is preferred.
• General market and customer knowledge of HVAC (Fan, pump and compressor applications for building vertical), Crane and Elevator markets.
• Very good command of English both written and spoken
• Strong planning, organization, analytical, management, and leadership skills
• Good communication skills, teamwork, highly self-motivated, resolute and positive emotional skills
• Military service should be completed for male candidates
• No restriction for travelling abroad and domestic

• Preparing a yearly plan for the whole area of responsibility, comprising all the resources needed for developing an effective area to achieve sales targets and revise this plan quarterly in line with planned and actual figures
• Visiting and gaining new customers and projects in related markets with consultative approach with market & technical application knowledge in collaboration with sales and product management team.
• Organizing market specific marketing events and documents in collaboration with marketing team and business development activities of whole responsible markets (HVAC-Crane-Elevator) in Türkiye.
• Ensure that strategies and corresponding plans are properly implemented and create market analyses and develop market plans in line with long-term strategy.
