We're looking for a Technical Service Specialist for our client which is based Germany.

• University bachelor's or associate's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, or Electrical and Electronics or related fields,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (German knowledge is an advantage),
• At least 3-4 years of experience in a technical role in low-voltage and/or medium-voltage switchgear systems,
• Proficiency in SCADA systems,
• Excellent computer skills in MS Office and Excel,
• Proficiency in drawing programs (E-Plan, Auto cad),
• No restrictions on domestic and international travel,
• Completed military service for male candidates,
• Results and solution-oriented, research-oriented, analytical thinking, strong communication skills.

• To be the key point of contact between Headquarters and companies local team on all technical matters, and between Customers and Partners who need technical support and local team. Acting as a point of contact for escalating technical issues to a higher level.
• Knowledge of Solar Power Plants and Industrial Projects
• Managing field service issues.
• Ensuring on-site and/or remote resolution of service issues.
• Being a technical expert in all companies standards and specifications. Adapting products/solutions to updated standards.
• Regularly informing the sales team about new information regarding products and solutions, international/local standards to increase the team's technical competence.
• Leading the local product or solution development process.
• Collaborating closely with the Marketing Department to create catalogs, presentations, and articles about companies products/solutions for technical and marketing purposes.
• Providing training to customers, partners, employees, and all stakeholders.
• Complying with and ensuring compliance with the company's health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Reporting to the Technical Manager.
